Create libGDX or Cocos2dx 2D game for Android and iOS with either Cocos2d-x or libgdx

Looking for a good libgdx or cocos2dx coder writing clean re-usable code who has experience creating 2D games for Android and for iOS also. You will need to use the same code base to create at least two versions of the game, first Android and then iOS. If you do well on this 1st project I should have more work/projects for you after. Feel free to show specific examples of your prior "original" work. The coder selected to work with me must be willing to abide by these rules: 1. Must show me any open source code for approval if you want to use it. I must approve any open source code you use. Otherwise all code must be written by you and copyright for all work to belong to me the employer. You can use open source libraries like libGDX or Cocos2dx and if you want to use other open source code you must tell me which and I need to look at it and see if I am ok to use it. 2. You must wait for me to FUND a milestone before you begin work. After I fund a milestone in escrow you can begin work. You must work daily on my SVN/Subversion. You will commit often, about every 30min/1hour that you work you should 'commit to my svn'. You will be paid by "MILESTONES". When you reach a milestone you make a TAG on SVN for that milestone. Remember you MUST commit to SVN often, every 30minutes or 1hour that you work. 3. I will TEST the TAG/milestone you created on my SVN and then I will release to you money in escrow for that milestone. After I will fund the next milestone and we continue working milestone by milestone until we finish... I work as I go, so it is BEST that you are a SINGLE developer/coder and not a manager in a company because we need good constant communication. I have several accounts on various freelancing websites and as employer I am rated 100% perfect by every coder I worked with but I expect professional work not messy buggy code that doesn't work well.
