Build Facebook Application

Create a new application on a Facebook page with the a specific user. i. Fans will enter on the Facebook app (need for a shortlink that is customizable like librexholding/promo) ii. We need to also add a section for rules and regulations (text will be provided) iii. Fangate: When fans enter the app, they will have a visual with the instructions and they will need to Like the page to move to the next step, I think there will be here a popup window asking to get information about their profiles on Facebook iv. Upon their entry, fans will be requested to enter their information in the following required fields: 1. Name 2. Last Name 3. Telephone Number 4. Email 5. Country (needs to be a drop down list) 6. Name of the Dealer (with an empty text near it) 7. Captcha 8. Fans who enter their information cannot enter their information twice v. Upon submission of the information, a pop up will appear with a text that will be provided and to be able to share with friends. (The text on the app when it is shared will also be provided to you ) vii. Visuals will be provided viii. Is it possible to have a backend with an admin access where we can upload on an excel sheet the list of entries, because this is the most important part in this process as they want to gather the data they need for potential clients ix. We also need to make this app available on mobile when they use the same short link mentioned above
