Check how does the phone responds

Hello all. I want somebody to test the mobiles how to they react when inserting the sim card in it. I mean do you receive any type of configuration message if any sim card inserted into the mobile which we/I will ask you to check. As it is a long term project please only those people bid who are seriously interested in long term business. Initially i would like to know the Mobile mobile numbers with theire IMEI numbers of 2 companies (M-phone & Techno). I will send the techie guies to train the long term project. And that project will paid later. This project is URGENT so reply within 24 hours
