Android/iPhone web/URL launcher + source & editing tutorial

I need a simple URL launcher with splashscreen for Android & iPhone. But...I also need the source code for both and written instruction on how I can edit the code for similar apps (different icon, URL, splash) I have dabbled with app development but cannot commit enough time to (learn to!) writing code from scratch. I have used the free services but need something solid and unbranded (other than the images I specify) I'd prefer to work with a developer with fluent English for the clarity of the tutorial, which can be a .pdf, .doc, .xml or .avi/wmv
