App re-work

Firstly my apologies as I am far from expert in this field and have little understanding of it. I have an existing App for iPhone and Android on the App store and Google play. I have the source code for this App. I need to create a new App which contains just some of the information from the existing App. I also want to have a new skin for the new App (I believe the term skin is just basically the design or cover). The easiest way to see my requirements is to view the existing App, you can download it free in the App store or Google play, just search Green Banana Guide. When you launch the App you will see four options. Click on Resort Guide, you will then be presented with nine options. One of the nine options is titled golf. This is the only option and information I want on the new App exactly as it is under the golf tab. In addition I will also require the GB Card option. I have no idea what this would cost and for me to be able to award this project it has to be affordable. It is a very simple project as the content already exists, it's just extracting it into a new App and creating a new skin Please do not bid if you just have a standard template reply I want to hear from you explaining that you understand the job and how you can help please.
