Cypher - A story based cypher cracking game

I am looking for a programmer to help create a project that I have been interested in. I have some rudimentary screens that are done so you can look at it. I want to create a story based game the entirety of it will be text so no fancy animations for the most part, that will keep it nice and simple. The objective of the game is to crack the cypher you solve the cypher and afterwards it will reveal a piece of story to you. The only goal of the game is to solve the puzzles and the story will unravel. A small sample of the script has been included, the bigger text is what the cypher will be and the smaller text is the story that is attached to the cypher. Hopefully this can be done and in a relatively small amount of time. I need to be able to create 'levels' the cypher I need to be able to just input into the game and also the story as I have not finalized all the details yet. Possibly if the project turns out to be harder or longer than initially thought I would be willing to split the profits with you (work out at a later date)
