AC Spotting

A simple app that allows the user to take a picture and post to a mini site (we would probably use tumblr for this to start with). From within the app users will be able to follow other users and vote their picture up or down (digg style in order to determine popularity). There would be a section that would allow ALL to view the most popular pictures (based on votes), daily, weekly monthly and all time high favorite picture by the community. The user would download this free app, register and choose a username and password. It should allow (optional aka instagram) to write a caption have it geotagged and decide whether to share to Facebook, Twitter and or via email. When a picture is taken allow the consumer to either approve and or retake the photo. Once phase one has been completed looking to build phase 2 (second project) to clean up the app, improve on the design and add some user activity analytics.
