Need a developer for an app with similar functionality to Talking Tom Cat / Talking Carl for Android and iOS. (Please check out those apps if you've not seen those before) Developer is to program the code base in the appropriate language ready for submission to Android's Marketplace and Apple's App Store. All creative assets (animations, audio files, backgrounds etc) will be provided. I'm keen on the possibility of a continued relationship as more apps are currently in the pipeline along with possible updates to this project.
