looking to develop an extremely simple app which connects students to a private tutor for online (via skype/call) doubt solving sessions. not more than 2-3 pages in the app, just a connection to the skype account and some info about the tutor. through the app, the students should be able to book an appointment with the tutor (via msgs) and conduct an skype call. need to link the app to a payment account (indian bank and not google play account), and once the payment has been made.. the online class can be conducted the developer needs to take care of the back-end, set-up a server for the app etc.
