i would like to do a mobile application which user can capture a price tag number by using camera application in android. the picture will be process by using Optical Character Recognition technique to recognize the number of price from the picture captured. the application will total up the total purchased automatically. it just like a calculator, sum up all the price, but calculator press the number to enter the price. this application need to capture the number of the price from the price tag. it also can store shopping list but it need to store in a file create in the android, not in a database.
