Create an Android App using the DevExpress Xamarin Grid Component

I need someone to create a fairly easy Android application using Xamarin with Visual Studio. The application MUST incorporate the DevExpress Xamarin Grid Control (which is free) and connect to an oData service.
The application is split up into the following parts:
1. Logon Screen
2. Grid View of Data using the DevExpress Xamarin Grid Control
3. Detail View where the user can enter and/or modify data in the grid
4. A settings page with a variety of user information and preferences
You will be reporting to one of our developers as you create the application. You may need to teach them how the application is written so they can maintain the code in the future.
After the application is written, we are considering an iOS app that does the same thing.
Requirements:
- Must be written in Xamarin and Visual Studio 2015
- Must use C# in the background
- All code is the intellectual property of our company and is not to be retained, showcased, or shared.
