Create a mobile application for a current application located at; [login to view URL] - The current application will require tweaking, amendments and add on's. The project breakdown is as follows 1) Group competition creation from Facebook, email and/or other social media. Members can create a weight loss competition where the Competition Creator (administrator) sets the objectives of the competition, i.e Length of competition, Goal of competition (most weigh lost, highest percentage of body weight lost, BMI, Lost, Inches Off etc), Sign up Fee, Prize Pot (less 15% administration site administration fee), duration of competition, competition rules , number of competitors, start date, end date, How many Winners will be in the competition (division of prize - winner take all or prize pot is divided among a number of members etc), description of competition and general information. 2) Create a paypal payment system where competition members entering a competition pay a fee into the prize pot fund (Paypal already set up). The Site takes a 15% commission fee for using this Mobile Application. 3) Closed competition with mapping and tracking tables that allows users to enter their signup profile, information (can use Facebook etc to sign up). Members/users will enter their current weight data and then that will be used for a start point and to track performance forward. 4) Users/members will have a variety of tools and tables that allow them to enter their current Competition weight status as well as track (live time & Historically) their own and the other competitors status. Live time leaderboards on who is winning and where members are placed within the competition. members must update information at least weekly as well as and when they wish to update their data. 5) A closed group thread (similar to a Facebook Closed Group) that allows competition Users/Members to enter photographs (to support their claims of weight lost etc), as well as post links, advice and information to and amongst the group. Members should be notified of any and all application, administrator's and members updates via email etc. 6.)Future development will include integration of GPS watches, Fitness trackers; STRAVA; mapmyrun, ifit apple watch etc; Also IOS and Android application for smart phones and tablets.
