Create a very basic property inventory app

Hi, I require a very basic app to run on an iPhone. It needs to work as follows; - You open the app and click a button labelled 'Create New Schedule of Condition (SoC)' - You enter the address of the property (one field), your name (one field), the date (defaulted to today) and then click a button labelled 'Take Images' - The user can then take as many images as they wish and when they've finished there should be a button labelled 'Review Images' - The user should be presented with a screen to review the images where they can delete images or add more if required - Once they're happy with the images, they should click a button labelled 'Produce SoC', this should produce a PDF report and open a new email with the PDF attached to the email. - The PDF report should be in A4 portrait and contain the fields mentioned above (property address, name, date) and 4x images per page (I'm flexible on how many images you can fit on a page). The images should be date/time stamped, maybe in the bottom right hand corner? Notes - The images do not need to be saved to the iPhones camera roll - The PDF reports do not need to be saved to the app, they can be deleted once the report has been produced and emailed I'm an experienced PHP/HTML/jQuery/MySQL developer myself but have no idea when it comes to writing apps. We have our own VPS server which you can have access to if required. I feel this is a relatively simple app hence the budget. Thanks, Michael
