Hi There, We have a team and we have ongoing projects like the one you want. Normally we do prefer to develop rest base services on server side using Slim php fram work and then it is consumed in mobile applications. Also we have approach to use our own oAuth2 authentications for security purpose. And for website interface we use the same services and embed it with twig templating language. doing all these combinations, our applications response are normally double with compared to others.
