Context A complete booking platform. It will be available via a website as well as on major mobile devices and tablets such as iOS and Android applications (other platforms later). The app should be available, easy-to-use and respects user’s privacy. Freelancer will have to develop the app and the webservices that will connect to our existing DB User Types : The application will have mainly 7 roles of users: Promoter Client Physio Waiters chief (Head waiter) Cashier Club Admin / Super admin Will be only available in website The application must be easy- to-use, ergonomic, and it should be used on both modes : online and offline. Promoter A promoter is able to create clients and reservations Create Client by importing it from his contacts directory Creating reservation : for an already imported client or import a new one Client At his first login, the client connects with his phone number and password he received via SMS. He will have to change his password and modify / validate his details (first name / last name) Then he will be able to pay a reservation using his bank card, display his reservation history and the QR code for all reservations he had. Physio The physio is the person at the entrance of the club who is responsible to accept / refuse clients at the entrance From midday, the Physio’s application downloads data and QR codes that will be needed on that evening, and after every X seconds (parameter configured on the server), the application will check if there are new updates (add / changes) When a physio connects, he is on "ready to scan" mode, it has a wheel to validate the number people, after selecting the number of people in front of him, he can scan the QR code of the client If the code isn’t recognized (with locally stored data), an attempt to check on the server to be made, it checks if the correct version of data is synchronized, if it is not, it will update it and re-scan the code, else it will display a message for QR not found If the QR is successfully scanned, the physio will see details about the reservation (Client vcard (without coordinates), number of people, type of pack, amount paid) He will be able to: Accept the booking with a right-slide Deny the reservation for that night (without notifying the server of a permanent refusal) with a slide-down Accept the reservation and send a notification to the server that it is an exception (and show a yellow warning for example) with a slide-up Deny the reservation with notification to the server hat it is a permanent refusal left-slide Physio has a history tab where he can view the status of reservations for the evening (accepted / rejected) and their synchronization status Waiters chief (Head waiter) A head waiter could Scan a QR code to add the total to his cashier or cancel adding He can also display the status of the real-time case with historical details / synchronization Cashier He will see the status of the cashiers of each head waiter, he can also close their cashiers and confirm the amount. Club The user "Club" will be able to display reservations history, he can consult the reservations for a given date with client details (without their coordinates) and their promoters (without coordinates too)
