Design ASP.NET Webforms using Devexpress

We need you to build 2 webform pages using Devexpress components, ASP.NET components, AJAX and C#.
You should preferably have experience in developing ASP.NET websites using Devexpress and you should also be experienced in ASP.NET entityframework.
We will provide you with the database tables and views.
We need you to convert the following tables and views into one Gridviews and Formviews in accordance to our design requirements.
View and Edit Employee Page - Users with TalentUser role should be able to View Employees. Users that are assigned TalentAdmin and EmployeeAdmin roles should be able to use Edit (Update), Insert and Delete functions.
Create New Employee Page - A page to create Employee if the user is of TalentUser or EmployeeAdmin role – as creating employee has a few related tables, we suggest using a Wizard for employee creation. Although other suggestions are welcomed.
You need to view the ATTACHED FILE FOR MORE DETAILS BEFORE BIDDING.
Validations must be done for relevant fields.
You should lay out the form views in accordance to our requirements. We will send you screen shots and specify the column widths.
You shall also be provided with Database schema access, CSS and Master Page.
We expect the above to be done very quickly as there are only 2 pages. Furthermore, you will be using third party components. We expect the project to be completed within 3 days.
This is basically a test project. If we are satisfied with your service, more work will follow.
