I need the following solution : Converting the Following Matlab2013b Toolboxes -Econometrics toolbox. -Neural Network Toolbox. -Optimization Toolbox. All Toolboxes should be converted into C++ code that is compiled as a DLL, such code is then called into MQL4/MQL5 by functions. The Finished code will involve the following : 1) A fully operating DLL that I can call its functions From MQL4/MQL5 2) The DLL is self dependent where it does not need Matlab engine installed on the system. 3) All functions and variables must be named the same as in Matlab2013b Econometrics Toolbox . 4) Needs separate DLLs compiled for A) 32 bit operating system. B) 64 bit operating system. 5) The DLL should be error free and calling its functions should works fine with MQL4 and MQL5, runs fine with MQL4 back testing and optimization, also runs fine with MQL5 multi core back testing and optimization. 6) Commenting the code as much as you can or use the comments used in Matlab.

The complete Toolboxes cannot be translated in one step, that would cost too much time, but if you tell us which specific functions do you need from the Econometrics toolbox (the only one that is currently available) we can gladly evaluate the corresponding cost for you. With my experience in C/C++ programming I can do this work with high quality and reliability. I had specifically a lot of experience in code translation from one language/framework to another. I see two stages of this project: 1. first version of DLL (only 32-bit) for evaluation and possible remarks 2. fully operational package with 32-bit and 64-bit version (including source codes) Two stage work can limit Your's and my risks in this project.

I have the full licensed Matlab 2014b, and I have done many similar projects, where by I developed libraries for .Net or C++, or I converted the Matlab toolboxes ( i.e Image processing, Neural network, and Simulink models,...) to C, C++ code, DLL, or even HDL and VHDL code. I will first start with converting and delivering a few functions from Neural Network Toolbox as samples, for both 32 and 64 bits platforms, including the help and comments for the code. Once the samples are delivered, they can be tested by you. If you are happy with their form and setting I will proceed with the rest. The whole conversion should not take more than a week.
