Require programmer to provide hourly rate and skill level. I would fly anywhere in the world from the US to have an on going programmer. You must be able to use skype audio and text or voip. Share Desktop and be able to provide emergency programming services. Please state your daily rate in US dollars and method of payment. A good command of english is required. A audio communication interview will be required. Projects are immediate. The ideal situation is for me to fly and work on project on site with you for 2 to 3 weeks and then meet with you every couple of months. I must be a ble to physically see your work environment. Dusty office ok. Fast and reliable internet required.
