Help me install Odoo 10 on my server

I need Odoo 10 installed on my server on a sub-domain. I am not familiar with PostgresSQL installation and do not want mySQL removed. These 2 database engines should be able to be installed on the same server, but I want to be assured that installing Postgres will not mess anything up on my live server. So I need someone to walk me through installing this and Odoo. There will be more than one instance of Odoo on this serveron another sub-domain as well. To be clear, I need someone to walk me through the process, I will NOT give out access to the server for someone else to install Odoo. The server is running Centos 7 and has WHM installed and running.
