ASP.NET C# Web Forms

I am looking at converting the attached spreadsheet? into an ASP.NET C# web forms application with a SQL Server 2005 database.? ? I will be developing? reports off of the data the application generates upon completion of this phase of the project.? ? Please note that I am a former developer (.NET 1.0 days) that does understand the development process and is looking for suggestions along with your bid as how to best take this spreadsheet, divide it up? and make it into user friendly forms with more modern versions of .NET (2.0, 3.0+) or use a some kind of spreadsheet like control if better and easier.? ? I made a guess on how to divide forms but I am open to suggestions.? I would like data manipulation to be performed in stored procedures versus inline SQL or LINQ. ## Deliverables From the spreadsheet, I identified the following features.? There are probably some that I am missing to make it usable. You are welcome to suggest some along with your bid.? ? ? Application Features/Requirements: ***************************** 1) Security: There will be three user types.? -A system admin with global access.? -A manager user that can select a day and edit the entries.? ? -A staff user that can only enter new data. 2) Log In: Ability to log into the system with a database stored username and password. 3) Manage Users: Ability to manage users depending upon user role. 4) Manage Tables: Ability to manage poker table name list depending upon user role. 5) Tables Form: Ability to select a day and either edit or fill out a Tables form by selecting table number (drop down list of available poker table names) with the amount of chips and jackpot depending upon user role.? That form also computes totals so the user can review their entries before they submit.? The form validation checks that no non-numeric data is entered in fields that should be numeric.? This form should also have the ability to be temporarily saved prior to submitting to prevent session timeouts (if that is still an issue these days on web apps).? If there are edits, the system will store an audit log of the user type, date, time and records edited with before/after values. 6) Single Tables Form: Ability to select a day and either edit or fill out a Single Table fees entry form for storing the Single-Table House Fee, Prize Pool, # Players, House Cash and Taxes depending upon user role.? This form also computes totals so the user can review their entries before they submit.? The form validation checks that no non-numeric data is entered in fields that should be numeric.? This form should also have the ability to be temporarily saved prior to submitting to prevent session timeouts (if that is still an issue these days on web apps). If there are edits, the system will store an audit log of the user type, date, time and records edited with before/after values. 7) Multi Tables Form: Ability to select a day and either edit or fill out a Single Table fees entry form for storing the Multi-Table, House Fee, Rebuys, Add-ons,Rebuy $$, Add-ons $$, Prize Pool, # Players, House Cash, Taxes and Bravo Comps depending upon user role.? This form also computes totals so the user can review their entries before they submit.? The form validation checks that no non-numeric data is entered in fields that should be numeric.? This form should also have the ability to be temporarily saved prior to submitting to prevent session timeouts (if that is still an issue these days on web apps). If there are edits, the system will store an audit log of the user type, date, time and records edited with before/after values. 8) Chip Inventory Form: Ability to select a day and either edit or fill out a Chip Inventory form for for storing the Chip Inventory, Value Vault, Tbl Wells depending upon user role.? As a result, I just edited the project description to include a detailed list of requirements and feature descriptions. Please review again and be sure your bid is accurate for the scope.
