ASP.Net - Master Page Design layout

I need to some one who can Create - ? Master Page, ? Skins & Themes, ? CSS 2.0, ? Header Control, ? Footer Control Its a very simple task. I have attached the requirement along with this Summary. Sample Website ? :-? <[login to view URL]> Use SQL - Sample Database - Northwind / Pubs Task 1 :- Create two Pages Login Page - Simple Login Page Should Use the Master Page, Header Control / Footer Control, CSS 2.0, Skins & Themes Objective :- To verify Master Page, Skins / Themes, Header / Footer Controls, CSS ? work in all the pages. Task 2:- I have attached the Requirement Screen Shot - Doc Please Refer to it :-? I need a same Menu Bar and Sub Menu Bar. Sub Menu Bar - Should have Link Buttons as similar to [login to view URL] I need same Layout - Square / Rectangle Box in the Right Hand Side having Static Information. Same Skins / Themes / Header Control / Footer Control. In every Menu - I need to have a GridView - Populating from Database ( Northwind, Pubs ) - SQL Sample Database. Objective :- When we use Master Page, Skins / Themes for a Page - Our Most widely used control is GridView. I need to have a similar Color matching the Master Page. GridView - Should also have "Skins/Themes" matching the Page Layout. PLEASE DONT DO - POSTBACK - USE "AJAX" Task 3:- In CSS 2.0 Please handle 1) Button 2) TextBox 3) Label 4) Font 5) Dropdownlist Box Expected Output 1)? Master Page 2) Skins / Themes? 3) Page Layout -?
