ASP.net coding of job matching website

We need help with the ASP.net / SQL element of a website we are developing. The site is a business requirements matching service, aimed at allowing users (who already have a username/password) to post requirements (defined by category of business and description), which are then automatically e-mailed (and in some cases SMSed), to appropriate companies (who are again, already within the database). Those businesses would then log-in to view the details and respond as necessary. We will have one person who will project-manage the project from here and will also be providing technical guidelines / samples of how we expect the code to work. At this stage, we would like to allocate 5-7 days budget for the project, starting as soon as possible. ## Deliverables We are looking to pay a day rate in order to get a better idea of a users capabilities. The details of the project would need to be hammered out through the course of the project as the complete details for the project are, as usual, not quite enough. As rough indication of requirements at this stage: *Registration module* User signup/login incl welcome email Account validation where user receives e-mail with a link, which he/she must follow and confirm username/password Forgotten username/password reminder function based on provision of e-mail *User edit details* Account information with fields to be entered by the user Product/services offered selected from a pre-defined list using tickboxes or other simple to use system Upload logo directly off the users computer Automatic logo resizing/compression of logos Display of multiple logos/thumbnails (ordered by order of upload) Extras management with code linked to transaction processing functionality Display of visits by other users (limited to past 4 weeks) - code also required on search results diplay page View rating by other users functionality *Chamber member administration* Username/password security for access to approval page Add new member form Remove members list Member management and 'suspend' functionality Member's pictures approval administration *Search and display functions* Standard member's display elements ordered by 'most recent' additions (with filter for 24 hours abuse) 'Top 20' display page with ability to filter by 'area' Search fields for finding a company Results display with a list of suitable matches Company information display with images Rating system with filters to exclude multi-ratings within 24 hr period *Posting Requirements * Post Requirements Matching posted requirements to companies Sending email to companies meeting requirements Sending SMS to companies meeting requirements Filtering for who receives the SMS/e-mails *News display with admin* News display for front page with chamber specific administration *Automated client management* Automatic e-mail based warnings to users for under-use General e-mail distribution page - Chambers upload copy in aplain text e-mail sent to all members (no member filters) *Component management system* 'Components' management page for use by Contempro to turn functionality on/off on a per chamber basis Time per element withint the system that needs to be turned on/off (all elements will need to be identified prior to coding occuring) *Tenderboard Functionality* A browsable list of posted required which can be sorted via dropdown categories Approval/management page for tenderboard listings *Messaging* Database for messages Send message functionality with daily limit and 'why not upgrade' message Message forwarding to e-mail functionality Message forwarding to txt functionality Simple message 'inbox' display page for members Invisibility functionality for users who do not want to receive messages *Members Online Display* List of members who are currently 'logged in' with ability to click on name straight to profile Invisibility functionality for users who do not want to be 'seen' as online ADDITIONAL NOTES: - all pages will need to be skinable (but we will provide a template for how the skinable elements will need to work) - all fields must have error checking ## Platform Built in ASP.net with SQL database CCS will control visual elements of the site
