ASPX File upload

I need an ASPX page developed in VB.net to do the following. HTTP upload of an Excel or CSV file from the users local hard drive or network drive. Parse the data in to a SQL table for processing counting the maximum length of each field in the file. The import must cater for standard text formatting of the fields such as financial columns with "," set in quotes like the example below. Both options for csv & Excel would be excellent. Display the results in a grid. Allow the user to compose a message in a TEXTBOX preferably dragging the field headers from the uploaded file in to the message can counting the message characters including the maximum field length for each of the cells. So let's say the CSV file contained Name,Age,Balance,Number Steve,33,"£1,100",123456 David,22,"£10",789012 The text box message to be composed would be Hello [Name], you balance is [Balance]. Please Call [Number] The character count would be the total characters excluding the characters in brackets, + the maximum length for the name field(5) in the example and the maximum digit length for balance(6) and number (6) I do need this quickly so please hurry up and bid.
