**MULTIPLE ASP.NET/ATLAS Projects (Bidders PRE-SELECTION) ** Hello, This is a pre-selection phase for a project that will consist of several sub projects. The selected coder(s) will probably be retained for a long term contract. Our company is a startup and will be needing constant development. The areas of expertise required from bidders are the following: ASP.NET 2.0 ATLAS E-Commerce WEB Services SQL Server 2005 SQL Reporting Server Windows Applications Business Intelligence (in a later stage) Once coder/bidder is selected, there will be a strict and short timeframe for delivery. So please if you feel like you have too much on your plate and can't make it, drop me a note. I am not asking for your exclusive time, I just want to know your availability. I Also might retain more than 1 bidder if we have to. Selected bidders might need to cooperate and must be able to do so. I will send a document describing the projects after this pre-selection. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IIS6, SQL Server 2005, ASP.NET 2.0, WS, AJAX, ATLAS
