Active directory and .net coder needed
We have an online file system application that is very similar to an online very os explorer. We currently have all of the users and permissions in a db but we want to give our application the ability to natively integrate with AD for its permissions for the users that login.
The extent at which this should work should allow us to populate our trees and data grids with only file system items the user is allowed to see and that the user is only allowed to do functions that are supported by their permissions in the Active Directory, like readonly, move, delete, add, etc and groups/users ntfs items.. all the normal file system permissions that complex network have. Our application will also use your control/component for the login authentication for the entire application
Im not sure how you see this being implemented but let me know the full scope of how we would be able to use this control or component on this file system application.
We will need to know from you how your code will work and how we connect it to AD. You can also expose some basic things for the purposes of testing. You will need to be able to show a login screen, a tree being populated based on the user that logged in, and some basic abilities to upload, or delete a file. We will not expect much ui here but we will try several users to make sure it works.
Check out this app to see something similar to what we need
