This program entails development of an additional reporting interface for the Post Affiliate Pro 4 software allowing our clients to access campaign performance statistics per campaign, and approve/reject leads in the same interface. More info on the software: [login to view URL] More info on the API: [login to view URL] ## Deliverables **The Problem:** The PAP4 system is amazing but as of now is tailored towards having only logins that have access to the complete set of campaigns included in the program. We will be managing programs within the application for different clients, and we need to separate the reports those clients have access to. I need a solution that allows me to offer reporting to my clients for only the campaigns/programs they run with us. In addition to this, I need these clients to be able to approve/disapprove any pending transactions (mainy leads and sales) for their program. **The Application:** I want clients to be able to access the following info: 1. Access general performance info on their program. Metrics which are included in the PAP interface (reports -> quick report). Report to be on the start page of client area, with general performance info side-by-side. Click stats, Lead stats, Sales stats, amount of pending transactions, confirmed/rejected transactions, etc. A snapshot of program performance essentially, with an option to display info for a selected timeframe (daily, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, this year, custom date selection). When a client runs multiple programs/campaigns, per-campaign drilldown must be possible as well. 2. Access in-depth info on program performance. Metrics which are included in the PAP interface (reports -> commissions). Report holds detailed info on all transactions which are either open, approved or rejected. As much information as possible should be included, essential are user information (IP, geo location, timestamp, affiliate info). Clients should be able to approve/reject/adjust commissions from this interface if needed. Commission adjustment meaning to manually adjust financial information on a transaction. If lead/sale a is rejected, optional feature to include a reason why lead was rejected. An option to display info for a selected timeframe (daily, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, this year, custom date selection). When a client runs multiple programs/campaigns, per-campaign drilldown must be possible as well just as with previous option. 3. A small admin area from which I will be able to add user accounts, specify e-mail and password used for login, assign campaigns to an account and delete user accounts which have become unneccesary to keep. A log file to monitor what clients have done would be excellent, so we can keep track of approved/rejected leads by client as well. I am not sure if this is possible and the best way to do this, as I can control this info from within the PAP interface as well, just with a little more effort. **The other option:** Adjusting the PAP platform to be able to support per-campaign statistics in some way. As you can see in the demo, there is a way to add new user accounts and to specify their associated privileges (tools -> merchants and tools -> roles). There just is no way to assign campaigns/programs to a certain merchant/user account, and to ensure only this user account would be able to view this campaign data. I think the roles system come so far in actually creating this, but leaves off the last small item in order to ensure this is possible. It is amazingly close I believe. The option to explore to add this feature would obviously be best. The software is updated quite a lot however, so we would need an ongoing partnership in order to ensure things would be up-to-date with every upgrade we want to use for upgrading purposes. I would be willing to agree to a maintenance contract for this. There is some sort of plugin/addon system which perhaps can be used in order to prevent upgrades from breaking the system somehow, I am not sure about that. **Please ONLY bid if you have studied this system to some extent before bidding. There is an API available that should do much of the trick, I just need somebody capable to work with this.** Bonus will be available for good code, extensive use of AJAX is commended and preferred. FLEX, same story.
