Application to create HTML sites from pdf

This project is for creating an application to build a HTML website from pdf. There is no ecommerce function at all. This application must meet all requirments as stated below. Requirements : 1. the application must 100% work with Windows Environment and running on IIS 5/6 server. 2. bidder/coder requires to review? the information attachment for understanding the project description prior to bidding.? 3. bidder/coder requires to meet all requirements and allow me to test it all out on IIS until it's fully functional. 4. the application must be submitted in full source code and help file to install the application on IIS server. 5. this project must be completed within? 2 weeks starting from the date of bid acceptance. 6. coder needs to submit the beta application for reviewig every now and then. this enables me to monitor and know the proress of the program. 7. I own copyright & license for the application. I am open to any programming language but need to completely compatible with windows webserver (IIS) Please ask if you have any question.! thank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
