Basic Support Tracking Tool

I need a support tool created for tracking issues with software/applications. Technologies are ASP.NET 2.0, C#, Oracle 9i.

I have attached an MS Access database where I have sketched-out the basics of the table structure and reports containing views for data display. I will also need entry screens for the issues (tickets) and comments. I already have a master page, color schemes. Looking for someone to work with me to get this functioning. In your bid, please include an additional 2-3 hours, specifically for 'minor' adjustments to layout of columns, configuration, etc., as this process needs to be somewhat collaborative.

Other requirements:

- Design from master page

- Use [url removed, login to view], DAL and other .Net conventions

- All columns in Ticket display should be able to be sorted with default sort of Ticket DESC

- Filtering should be available which allows narrowing by 3 parameters (likely Person, Status, Application)

- Comments in the sub section should be sorted in DESC order by date

- Design with portability in mind - MS SQL 2005

- Documentation - 1 page overview of application, including a paragraph overview of how the app was designed to easily port SQL Server (no scripts needed, just an overview)

- Basic assistance installing on my existing development server

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
