Building a new website, both ARABIC and English versions The website will handle bidding for various transactions it should have complete data base to handle dialouges between bidders and job/material owner, also email exchange...etc PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANT DO THE PROJECT WITH IN 15 DAYS I need a professional designer and programmer Could lead to other work for the right programmer. If you feel your capable of doing the website with in the time limit i allowed PM for more details on the project. I do NOT like been beat around in the bush im straight to the piont so i would like the programmer i choose to do so as well. I repeat if you cant do it or if you dont have time PLEASE DO NOT BID as i dont like wasting my time as im sure you dont either. PM some work you have done i dont need to see 100s off sites or templates just 2 or 3 matching jobs would be fine. People who know how to do flash banners please state that in the PM you send me with some samples as im more interested in flash banners.
