Crystal Reports 9 - Report Application Server

I have setp the Crystal 9 Report Application Server (not the Enterprise Version) I need some help with customising the application, not much can be done with it as far as I can see - unless I can be told other wise ? Looking to setup some sort of security, document structure, to have reports listed in date order etc. If anyone has done any work and could help pls reply to bid so we can discuss what you think is possible ?
