Customer and Agent Management system

Please do not provide generic descriptions to your bid. If possible provide examples of work similar to this project. We need a system that can manage our customers and their documents. Our customers will input their information in a form on our website or a sales agent will input the information for them. The system must be able to manage the customers’ files and manage the agents as well. Programming requirements include: For the Customer: 1. Setup of forms to input client data and credit card information, with integration of Paypal payment processing. 2. Automatically notify the client via email when their file is created and every time it is updated. 3. Client needs to be able to log-on with their own user name and password and be able to view their files and the current status of the procedure. 4. Email verification and retrieval if Client loses or forgets username or password Administration: There will be 4 types of users of the backend system. The support users will be managing customer files. The sales agents will handle opening and closing of accounts, and manager and administrator to manage support and sales staff. Different administrative levels are required: Support Manager: 1. Ability to create multiple support users, assign usernames and passwords 2. Same access rights as support staff Support User: 1. Ability to search database for client files (No access to client payment informantion) 2. Ability to upload scanned documents (PDF files) to clients’ file. 3. Can update, add or remove client documents. 4. Ability to add notes, progress reports to client file 5. Tracking system to track each time Client logs in to check their account Administrator: 1. Same rights as Support Manager 2. Ability to create multiple sales agent users and assign IDs 3. System to track and sort Agent productivity (i.e. number of completed forms) by individual or by group. For example: individual (agent A01, agent B10) or by groups (all agents in group A, all agents in group B) 4. Same access rights as sales agents. Sales Agent: 1. Setup of form to input client data and additional required field to input Agent ID and credit card information, with integration to [login to view URL] payment gateway 2. Ability to search for client payment information (No access to Client files) to update or close account with [login to view URL] Additional Notes: It must be delivered in ready to run condition.
