Customizing Website

Need a coder to customize one category of an auction website, basically to allow so called "multi-parcel auctioning" or "combinatorial auction" whereby bidders bid on certain parts of the "whole". When auction ends and all the parts received bids the sale proceeds, otherwise auction unsuccessful and just ends. ## Deliverables Basically I need a very simplified version of the multi-parcel auction function so that the total parcel is only sold if all the parts get qualifying bids. eg. Piece of Land 100 acre size, subdivided into 10 acre parts , each for different price, should only result in successful auction if all the ten parts get bids that meet the reserved prices for each of them. Otherwise , the auction just ends and the whole 100 acre is not sold to anybody.
