Develop music download site

This project is to build a music download site which would include sample streaming, pay per download, top 25 lists for legal downloads. I intend on using a shopping cart scrip that will handle most of the functionality (specializing in digital downloading purchases - script is Comersus) There would be 3 user groups who would need logon access: a) Users of site - need to signup in order to purchase or use features like "wishlist" b) Advertisers - affiliates who send visitors c) Artists/Labels who post content to site. Most tasks are handled by the shopping cart but here are some of the tricky hurdles: a) Mass uploading of audio files. Limitation of each artist to a predetermined level of storage. b) Prefer to be able to use component that would convert them to MP3 and Real, if possible c) Parse the first 30 seconds of each song to use as a sample d) Email members information on new songs uploaded whenever a keyword(s) that they have on their profile is used on an album or song title e) Search on various fields with the results list having all columns sortable f) Need to be able to incorporate Digital Rights Management software from Microsoft Your bid does not have to include graphics. Please state whether it will or not. I would prefer dealing with one person only to program this, not a team who may be distracted by other projects....full time is required till the project is closed off. Please submit your bids and any value added enhancements you can bring to the table. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
