Product Download Pages 1. Administrator Mode 2. customer mode In administrator mode, the user will send invitations for a product. In customer mode, the user will login using the invitation and download the product. -- 1) Database schema will be provided by the employer. May require some modification during the course of development as some details become clear. 2) All coding must be done using C#, HTML and CSS. 3) Pages must be designed to be really good looking and user friendly. 4) The page design will need to be closely coordinated with the employer and employer feedback must be incorporated into the pages. 5) Quick turnaround is required. 2 weeks maximum. 6) Stored procedures should not be used 7) All database related code must be in a single c# class 8) Database access should use simple, straightforward approach. 9) All intellectual property rights including copyright will belong to the employer for all deliverables provided by the employee/contractor. 10) Bids will be considered as fixed bids. Hourly rate bids are not acceptable.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in compilable source code format with Visual Studio solution/project.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
