asp.Net Site QA and error fix

This is an urgent task so please respond fast.

we have a asp.net site . It works perfectly on local server with w2k , but fails on w2k3 with this error.

ERROR [08004] [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Too many client tasks. ERROR [IM006] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed

I changed database drivers also(jet ,access). We have a newer build on mysql with similar error , though db conns are closed on all pages at the end .

I want someone to QA the whole site, find security holes.

Find some good articles on net for improving security of a .net site and suggest us.

We may need more pages to be done on this site.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
