The system must be able to handle a very large amount of traffic and [url removed, login to view] developed in [url removed, login to view], including site design. All source code and work will be the buyers and buyer will have copyright to all work. Programmer must be able to offer support services and modify codes. The site needs to be VERY EASY to use. Some features: -online members -newest members photos on the front page -basic search, advance search, -Users can block unwanted emails -Non-registered users can search, browse and view profiles. -All users can edit, delete, add profiles, pictures, partner profiles, upgrade plan etc.. -When a user receives message, a mail with information saying there is a message. -Allows anonymous users to search profiles (no contact info), but forces them to register and pay, if they want to send email or flirt message. -Internal inbox private messaging with blind email notifications -Picture, audio and video upload feature( members can upload a small audio clip and a small video clip for other members to see) -chat 1-1 Peer2Peer(prefer this in flash but not necessary) -virtual hugs/kiss -Payment processed through Paypal, [url removed, login to view] -Members who contacted me/ who I contacted -expanded affiliate program which pays a percentage of sale and per lead -Newsletters -Email a friend with site info. -Profile Statistics (Members may see who has been viewing their profile.) -Massive Administration Panel -Admin can control every aspect of the members account. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
