Betfair Football API/Bot

Hi, If you know what you are doing then its a Very Straight forward application for a experienced programmers I am looking to develop a simple betfair bot application that pulls all the football markets that will go in-play for the day (perhaps in a tree-like format) into a 'market list' and then allow the user to select which match they want to bet on and have the bot monitor that market once play has begun. Once the odds on any/all of the home / draw / away (user must be able to select which of the 3, or all of them they want monitored) in a selected market fall below a set figure, say 1.60 I want the bot to automatically lay that to the stake or set liability (which I would want to be a variable option in the application). I also want it to keep a record of all transactions, the odds, the stake, etc and have this presented in a grid format when required. I would also like a running profit/loss total displayed as well. I would also like to be able to view matches that have been selected and have a countdown timer to the time the match actually goes in-play and betting begins. Ideally I would like to use the free api access option for this application. I would like the interface to be user-friendly and very clean and easy to navigate, with possibly icon shortcuts to markets, profit/loss, etc. If you need additional clarification on any of the above please let me know. !!
