Android game app (not a game)

Hi, and Happy New Year to all of you great coders in here. Im looking to hire a Android coder to create a app for me, it must have all the funktions off this one seen here [login to view URL] it must be a app that uses a key somehow since its going to be sold, and every user needs a new key, the Game codes function is going to be divided in two, with a PREMIUM section where you can pay to list your code higher as seen here [login to view URL] the game codes needs to be copyed so the user can just click on the code and paste it into the game rapidly.
