Note: the program design/options described below are not absolute if you have better or timesaving ideas. I need a program that allows the user to add/remove programs from the Windows autostart lists (programs that start automatically when Windows starts). Also, it should constantly monitor that list for changes. If a program tries to add itself to the autostart list, the application pops up a window that says "PathToFile/[login to view URL] has been added to Autostart" and then selections for: Allow, Remove, Delete. The purpose of this program is 1) to allow for easy adding/removing of autostart programs AND 2) to prevent trojan type programs from secretly adding themselves to autostart.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Manual installation instructions so that buyer can repackage the software with any setup/installation package.
