Auto drop-down menus

I would like you, coders, to code an menu patching application, that would work with *all* Windows applications with standard menus. The application should be able to drop down menus when the cursor is placed in the menu heading (File or Edit, for example). Once down, a menu can be put back up with the click of the mouse, or would even auto-close without any click. Ability to change the cursor & play a sound when a menu is opened is nice, but not required. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done, with comments when source code uses "shortcuts". Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
