Automated Trading System for Interactive Brokers API

The client wishes to solicit the services of a qualified programmer with market/stock trading experience and knowledge to develop an automated trading system (ATS) that would generate the appropriate buy or sell orders, according to specified parameters and rules developed by the client, to a specific brokerage account at Interactive Brokers (IB) through their Traders Workstation (TWS) application and API interface. The rules and parameters of the system will be maintained and updated by the client on a regular basis in an Excel worksheet which will be provided by the client at a later date. Any programming application must be able to read model and specific stock parameters from this worksheet and send and receive account, stock quote, orders and order fill confirmations back and forth from the Excel worksheet and the IB TWS. The client is open to suggestions and recommendations as to which specific programming language would best suit this application. ## Deliverables Please see attached summary of Automated Trading System development requirements.
