Captive Internet Gateway(repost)

You will be writing a captive internet gateway application for Windows. This program will utilize two network card to block internet access to unregistered users. The program should also have a DHCP server that can assign IP addresses to internal clients and a small HTTP server to post basic webpages and perform authentication. The concept of the program is that one network card will be connected to the internet in some fashion (through DSL, router, etc). The other network card will be for internal use and will connect to the local network. All computers on the LAN will get an IP address from the program. When they try to connect, it will take them to a built in webpage where they will be able to login (this webpage should be able to be customized, and should just have a form in it that posts to your webserver). After they login, they can view the internet for a set time period ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98/2000/XP with MySQL and HTTP server.
