Chat Room Creation Like Paltalk, Paltalk Clone,

Hello, We would like a reliable and trustworthy developer to create a Chat room software similar to paltalk. If you are not familiar with paltalk and it's functionality please save yourself and us time and do not bid. The developer should know exactly how the paltalk software works and also the CO admins and users admin tasks. We would like the admin area and user interface to be like paltalk and also the software have the ability to place different adds on it. As well, I would like a number of special features added to the client. I would like to be able to have each user in chat, by able to invite users to chat, via their email address book. I would also like the option for each user to enable features such as, wishlist, donate payment options, and want to have token accounts where users have the option to pay monthly or by tokens for cam time. I have many ideas and would like to find someone in Florida if possible so we can have an on going working relationship that is mutually beneficial to us both.
