Credit Card Convenience Check Program

We are in need of a program that will from a database that the programmer will have to obtain from their bank or Visa and mastercard use the first 4 or 8 digits of a Mastercard or visa credit card to determine what bank issued that credit card and what the routing # to that bank is. The program should be easy to use by anyone and operate in a windows XP OS. Here is how we need the program to work. We open the program the program asks for the credit card # then after finding the bank info it will display the bank info on a pop up window saying for example "Citi Bank" and if that is correct then a YES click would be clicked the next items it would ask for would be : Name, Address ,City State and zipcode as well as phone # of the person on the card and Check # to use. The The next bit of info it would ask for is who to have the check issued to : Name, Address, City, State, Zipcode. The program now will ask the dollar amount of the sale. The program will then ask if you want to print the check now YES OR NO if yes is printed the check will be printed to the printer and the check should be the size of a business check and use VERSA check paper with the check located on the top of the page. IF you dont know what VERSAcheck blank checks look like office max and or staples sells them. The check would print with a blank space where the card holder would have to sign and under that line it would say CARD holder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows XP
