Custom Desktop Linux Environment with Limited Functionality

Create a custom linux Distro that meets the following Requirements Bootable install CD Harddrive Installable (No Live CD) Kernel [login to view URL] Busybox Bash Xwindows SDL / DirectFB / SvgaLib Mono Framework USB Automounting Must Start only one Application (configurable in custom settings XML file) no user login (Must go directly to custom desktop) All System Files must be in the following locations /System/etc /System/Xwin /System/bin /System/Scripts /System/Drivers /System/Server /System/Drivers/Filesystems/* /System/Var /Applications/* /Applications/Common /Applications/<TargetApp) /Volumes/<Harddrive Label> *like macos Fast Booting, 5-15 seconds custom boot screen Fully Silent kernel no RPM, Custom Install Manager will be authored eventually the root filesystem will not have legacy directories except if absolutely necesary. (No Var, Opt, Etc sbin, etc) System Must derive all Configuration data from the /System/etc directory System Must Support Quick Start after Installation (Hardware will not change following the initial setup) ## Deliverables System must be build from LFS, or BLFS, and MUST be reproduceable using the LFS Live CD and / Or Fedora Core 10 without any modification to the system.
