Desktop application (CD) to play external AVI and WMV videos files

Desktop Application with right Arabic tree menu, when any link in the right menu is clicked, the application display the content of this link which may be Videos (AVI ,WMV), HTML, swf. This application may development by Flash o director or Adobe Air. ## Deliverables Flash Application with right Arabic tree menu (right to left direction), when any link in the right menu is clicked, the application display the content of this link which may be Videos, HTML, swf. * The right Arabic tree menu links are retrieved from XML file. * The XML file contains the following for each node:- > 1- Title of the node. > 2- Reference to the video file (AVI,WMV), HTML file, swf file. > 3- Continuous flag (0 or 1), this value to specify whether the videos will played continuously or one by one (i.e. when the current video reach its end, automatically display the next one in case of continuous flag = 1) * When the video is playing there are control buttons for (Play / Stop / Pause) and time display for the whole time and for the elapsed time and there is a button to play the video in Full screen mode.. * When the application is running for the first time ... it checks if the CULT3D plug in is installed or not, if not, install it. Also check TechSmith codec (TSCC) if not also install it. * Attached a sample version of the XML file. * Attached a screen snapshot, the right side indicates the Arabic tree menu which read its data from the XML file. and the bottom part is for the control buttons (play , pause, volume, full screen, next node , previous node, video position control, elapsed time, full time) * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Wednesday Mar 23, 2011 4:11:53 PM: I have attached a screen shot for the required application which present the right side indicates the Arabic tree menu which read its data from the XML file. and the bottom part is for the control buttons (play , pause, volume, full screen, next node , previous node, video position control, elapsed time, full time). The following points are very important: 1- This application plays videos in AVI format without any conversion to flv. 2- The videos, HTML and SWF files are exist in subfolders in the application. 3- The application checks that Cult3D plugin is installd, and if not it will install it. and the same for Smith Video Codec. The application must be Autorun.
