command line webcam capture program

Hello and thanks for looking. What I need is the following : a small program that runs from the command line, which captures webcam still images and motion to file. Program must be invisible and run in background. Must be able to run from command prompt for example : c:\[login to view URL] -pic w320 h240 [login to view URL] would take a pic to [login to view URL] from the webcam in 320*240 c:\[login to view URL] -vid s50 f25 [login to view URL] would record a video during 50 seconds, framerate 25 to [login to view URL] these are just examples. must be able to cap stills in highest possible resolution webcam can manage. (think that's 640*480). Also video in highest possible res. All hidden and from a command prompt. Prog must load wdm drivers when starting to cap, and release them again when stopping to cap !!!
