convert very simple asp app to a c++ demo

I need a very simple asp application converted to be used as a CD demo. The db and sql can be totally avoided and the information now in access converted to in memory array struct. The calc should only be done for 2 pairs of currency and the help menu should have a functioning empty placeholder. I do not have a huge budget and I think this is a one or two day job.
