This is an easy task for a coder who knows what he is doing. The budget is USD70.

BRIEF:
Create XP system to reward users when they interact with the website.
Attached is a jpg that describes the process.
User will get rewarded XP when:
They rate a game
Comment
Like / Dislike a post
Start forum thread
Post forum reply
Vote on poll
Update profile
Add profile picture
Like our facebook page
When the user does one of the actions above, there should be an AJAX popup to tell them "+50 xp for commenting on ..."
The user can also see their actions history on the account page under "Recent Activity" as seen in the JPG.
There will be a rank leaderboard to show the top 10 highest XP. And also shows the user's rank with 1 user above and below him.
There is a header on the website that also keeps track of the user's current xp and xp needed to get to the next level.
I expect full documentation of the solution and comments where necessary.
Deadline: This needs to be done in 7 days.
