apply new css(already with me) to an existing stylesheet+theme

Hi I have with me a HTML+CSS theme that is used in a php web page. I also have with me a separate HTML template. I want you to apply the styles of the separate HTML template to the HTML+CSS theme so that the HTML+CSS theme resembles the separate HTML web page. So that no changes are required to the PHP web pages that use the HTML+CSS theme. Simple but manual work for a good developer who knows CSS/HTML well. Basically you just have to try and apply the styles in the new template to the old theme. Sometimes if the old theme has a style that is not there in the new theme, then simply modify a closely matching CSS style from the new theme, and then put that in the old theme. Note that the new theme is a twitter bootstrap template-- so I would prefer to give this work to a developer experienced in Twitter Bootstrap. I also expect low bids as work is just manual work-- not any difficulty at all. Thanks, Arvind.
